Discovery Point Retirement Community leases unfurnished apartments with no buy-in fees, association costs or endowment deposits. Apartments at Discovery Point are for income-qualified independent adults, 62+ years. Monthly rates include maintenance and all utilities, except personal telephone and cable television.
