Apartments are leased unfurnished with no buy-in fees, association fees, or endowment fees. Monthly rates include maintenance and all utilities except personal telephone and cable television.

Rates are for rent and services, including two meals daily -- delicious breakfast and dinner; weekly housekeeping and flat linen service; activity program and our popular theme parties; and scheduled transportation.

Deposits and Fees:

Apartments at Discovery Point are for income-qualified independent adults, 62 years and older.
